Do I need to bring my own bat or helmet?
You can bring your own, but we also provide equipment on-site.
Please note: Dugout +58 is not responsible for any personal equipment that gets damaged during use.

Is it suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Our machines can be adjusted for all skill levels.

Do I need to book in advance?
Please note that bookings are required, as we’re not able to take walk-ins.
Just make sure to reserve your spot in advance, especially on weekends, so everything’s ready for you when you arrive!

What’s the maximum number of people per cage?
Each cage can be used by up to 4 people at the same time.
If you are coming as a team, we highly recommend booking two cages so everyone has enough space and time to train.
Exceptions may be possible depending on the situation, feel free to contact us if you need a special arrangement.

Is it possible to pay with card in-store?
Yes, you can pay with cash or card at the counter.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
You can modify your booking up to 24 hours before your session.

Do you host birthday parties for kids?

Yes! Dugout+58 offers fun, active, and fully organized baseball birthday parties for kids in a safe indoor environment.

What age range are the birthday parties for?

Our birthday parties are recommended for children aged 6 to 13 years.

Is the facility private during the party?

Yes. During a kids’ birthday party, the batting cages are reserved exclusively for your group.

Is there parking available?
You may find street parking nearby, but Dugout +58 does not offer private parking.

Can I come with friends or family?
Of course! Dugout +58 is open to everyone.

Are pets allowed at Dugout +58?

Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome in our common areas as long as they are kept on a leash at all times.

For safety reasons, pets are not allowed inside the batting cages or active training areas.
