Fair Use Policy - Dugout +58

At Dugout +58, we want every member to enjoy fair and equal access to our batting cages. Our Unlimited Membership is designed for flexibility and fun, but it also relies on responsible use.

Fair Use Guidelines

• Members may book up to one session per day, depending on availability.
• All sessions must be booked in advance through our online system.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.
• Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to a temporary suspension of booking privileges.
• Memberships are for personal use only, they cannot be shared, transferred, or used for coaching or commercial purposes.
• Please treat the equipment, staff, and other members with respect. Keep the batting area clean and safe for everyone.

Fair Play for Everyone

We monitor booking activity to make sure all members have a fair chance to play. In case of misuse, we may issue a warning, suspend bookings, or revoke the membership in repeated cases.

Our goal is simple: to keep the game fair, the community strong, and the fun non-stop.
